FOUNDER

CA Mr. Nirav K. Sukhadia

CA Nirav Sukhadia qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2004 and has been in continuous practice since then and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He has also done his Masters in Accounts and Finance from the University of Mumbai. CA Nirav Sukhadia has also taken a special course on Entrepreneurship and Leadership,specially curated for practicing Chartered Accountants from a leading management institute at Mumbai.
He has rendered a comprehensive range of services including Tax Advisory, Corporate Consultancy, Startup & Business Advisory, Valuations, Feasibility Reviews and Project Reviews to clients over a period of time. He has successfully represented clients before tax authorities at various levels on complex tax litigation matters.
Nirav has been invited to mentor new entrepreneurs and startups in events organised by the Government of India through its Ministry of Human Resource Development and All India Council of Technical Education as well as at Xaviers College at Mumbai which is a premier educational institution at Mumbai.
He has also handled several Search and Survey cases.
He was a member of the Core Committee team of the Vile Parle Study Circle of WIRC of ICAI.
Under his leadership, the firm has always been able to maintain high levels of professionalism and integrity and respond to client's dynamic business environment with great efficiency.

CA Mr. Vipin K. Desai

Mr. V. K. Desai is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been in practice for the many decades.
He has worked with large corporates for many years. He has worked in India as well as abroad and was heading and handling large projects in the Middle East and other parts of the world.
He has headed the finance department of large infrastructure and multinational companies.
His area of expertise includes statutory audits, risk audits, assurance as well as finance.
He has been on the board of various reputed companies.
He also provides pro bono services to various charitable and religious institutions.
These decades of experience make him best suited to provide deep insight into the practical needs of the clients.

Mr. Ketan D. Sukhadia

Mr. Ketan Sukhadia has been a veteran businessman and a seasoned investor in the Indian financial, capital as well as real estate markets. A rich experience in this domain has given him an extra edge to deal with clients.
He has also been in the business of merchant exports because of which he has gained wide experience and exposure on the world economy and cross border transactions regulations.
He has also dealt with large Income Tax matters at various forums.

CA Ms. Shalu Bagri

CA Shalu Bagri is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a core part of the team. She has been a faculty with various colleges and management institutes in Mumbai. She has worked with various CA firms in Delhi and Mumbai. She is an alumna of La Martiniere for Girls, Kolkata.
She secured 40th rank in CA Foundation Exam and 2nd rank in B.Com Examination.
She has always aspired to be a dedicated and driven member of the CA fraternity and serve the profession with utmost enthusiasm and integrity.

Mr. Anand Veer

Mr. Anand Veer is a commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Anand was a Director with a Telecom Company and is having an experience of more than 20 years in handlingtax matters including attending to assessment proceedings and Tribunals, compiling details related to Income Tax / Sales Tax Assessment etc and also handling statutory audit and finalisation of accounts, maintaining secretarial records and communicating with tax department..
